How does the credit system work?

Each background removal uses 1 credit, regardless of image size (within your tier's resolution limit).

What file formats are supported?

We support JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC/HEIF formats. The output is always a transparent PNG file.

Can I download my processed images?

Yes! All users (including guests) can download their processed images immediately after processing. Paid users can also access their images anytime from the cloud dashboard.

Do you use my images for AI training?

No, never. We do not use your images for training, advertising, or analytics. Your images belong to you and are only processed to remove the background.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel through your billing portal anytime. Your plan remains active until the end of your billing period. Export your cloud images before canceling to avoid data loss.

What happens to my cloud images after they expire?

Images are automatically deleted after the retention period (90/180/365 days depending on your tier). You'll receive a 7-day grace period notification before deletion. Export them as a ZIP file to keep them permanently.
